Covid Cancellation Policy: Easily rebook if we have to cancel your trip for COVID-19 reasons, or if you cannot make it to the trip for COVID-19 reasons. No refund. If you cannot make the trip due to a COVID-19 reasons, you can rebook on a future trip for the same trip fee amount as you were quoted. This policy protects your investment from trip fee increases that occur year to year. Cancellation Policy: Full payement upon booking. 10$ cancellation fee and full reimboursement for notice given 48h in advance. 25% fee for cancelation prior to 24 hour before the start of the event. No reimbursement if cancellation is after 24 hours prior the start of the event.

When deposit requested: 20% deposit required for every adventures booked. Non refundable. Balance due before the start of the adventure. Activities requesting full amount: Full amount has to be paid when booking. Non refundable. Can be reschedule or get credit for other adventures/activities. Kids camp: Full amount paid when booking. Non refundable but you can reschedule. Each cancellation will be treated individually. Snowmobile Trip Booking Policy for 2026 To ensure a smooth booking process and clear expectations, please review the following policy: Deposit A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Rollovers No rollovers or rescheduling of trips are allowed. Exceptions may be considered for extraordinary circumstances, such as severe weather, death, or health emergencies. Each case will be evaluated individually. Balance Payment The remaining balance is due two weeks before the trip. Refunds Payments are only refundable if the reserved spot is filled by another participant before the trip begins.
