Programs for Schools

We partner with schools to offer hands-on, experiential learning through workshops, outdoor activities, and curriculum-connected lessons rooted in Northern Ontario’s natural environment. Students learn by doing—building skills, confidence, and a deeper understanding of the land.

Programs may include guided hiking days focused on observation and ecology, wilderness survival workshops, shelter-building challenges, compass and navigation lessons, and seasonal experiences such as ice fishing days. Educators can also hire me simply as a professional outdoor guide to support existing outdoor education classes, providing local expertise, safety oversight, and facilitation while teachers lead their own curriculum. Each experience is adapted to grade level and learning objectives, promoting teamwork, problem-solving, and a respectful connection to the North.
