10am-2pm Les jeunes peuvent participer au tournoi de pêche sportive organisés par le Club Chasse et Pêche de Hearst. Ils ont besoin de vêtement appropriés, gilets de sauvetage, diner, collations et breuvages. Les lignes à pêche, tackle, bait est inclus. Les jeunes doivent être à la marina où la tente pour 10h. Paiement en cash ou e-transfer au hearsthuntersanglersclub@gmail.com. 30$ Side pot prize** Chaque poissons attrapé sera une entré pour le prix finale. 10am-2pm Youth can participate in the sport fishing tournament organized by the Hearst Anglers and Hunters club. They need appropriate clothing, life jackets, lunch, snacks, and drinks. Fishing rod, tackle, and bait are included. Youth must be at the marina by the tent for 10am. Payment in cash or e-transfer to hearsthuntersanglersclub@gmail.com. $30 Side pot prize** Each fish caught will be an entry to win the final pot.
Cancellation Policy
When deposit requested: 20% deposit required for every adventures booked. Non refundable. Balance due before the start of the adventure. Activities requesting full amount: Full amount has to be paid when booking. Non refundable. Can be reschedule or get credit for other adventures/activities. Kids camp: Full amount paid when booking. Non refundable but you can reschedule. Each cancellation will be treated individually. Snowmobile Trip Booking Policy for 2026 To ensure a smooth booking process and clear expectations, please review the following policy: Deposit A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Rollovers No rollovers or rescheduling of trips are allowed. Exceptions may be considered for extraordinary circumstances, such as severe weather, death, or health emergencies. Each case will be evaluated individually. Balance Payment The remaining balance is due two weeks before the trip. Refunds Payments are only refundable if the reserved spot is filled by another participant before the trip begins.
