Covid Cancellation Policy: Easily rebook if we have to cancel your trip for COVID-19 reasons, or if you cannot make it to the trip for COVID-19 reasons. No refund. If you cannot make the trip due to a COVID-19 reasons, you can rebook on a future trip for the same trip fee amount as you were quoted. This policy protects your investment from trip fee increases that occur year to year. Deposit policy: 20% of the total of the trip. This deposit is fully-refundable for any reason up to 61 days prior to departure!The balance of your trip fee is due 60 days before departure. If you register for a trip and subsequently cancel: There is a $100 administration fee applied to any cancellation.The balance of your payment (to date) will be refunded for any cancellation up to 61 days prior to departure. For notice given: from 31-60 days, we retain 50% of the fee from 15-30 days, we retain 75% of the fee from 0-14 days, we retain 100% of the fee
