Kids Camps
Canoe | Camping Day
We will build a shelter, practice canoe rescue situation, make and follow a map and lot's of other activities! Your kids will come back with memories, new friends and new knowledge. They will be tired when you come pick them up, but they will have had fun!

Drop off & pick up at Veilleux Camping & Marina public landing.
During the summer of 2021, I guided over 40 kids just in the Canoe | Camping day camp! From all the feedback received, kids absolutely loved it! Kids will learn how to maneuver a canoe, there will be a fire starting competition, we will build a shelter, we will practice easy canoe rescue situation, we will do some workshops with the nature and will do a map! Plenty of fun in a day!
What you need:

Cold lunch and snack, bottles of water

Lifejacket (Contact me if you need one)

Spare clothing (suitable for the day, warm)

Water shoes (crocs, rubber boots, preferably closed)(other footwear like sandals)

Plastic bag for soaked clothes
Important Info
Extended care: I offer extended care for parents that work earlier or later from 7h30-8h and 16h-17h for 10$. It is supervised play time, meaning no activities planned.
Family: If you have children in both sessions and you would like them in the same one, contact me and we can make arrangements.

Canoe | Camping 2 Days
We are going on an overnight canoe trip on the chain of lakes! Kids will learn how to camp in the backcountry! They will have memories from the stories that were told around the campfire, the meal they cooked on the fire and the workshops that we will do at the campsite!

During the summer of 2021, I guided over 40 kids just in the Canoe | Camping day camp! From all the feedback received, kids absolutely loved it and they would have loved to spend the night in the tent they had put up! So here it is! We will paddle to our camping site where kids will learn to set up camp. We will cook our diner on the fire, spend the night around the campfire telling stories, crafting, workshops and looking for stars. The next day, we will cook our breakfast and paddle back to shore while playing games, swimming and stoping for a shore lunch.

Hiking Day
The hiking trail is now longer and improved. We will get to a waterfall with older kids and a rapid with younger ones. There will be a mysterious treasure hunt along the way, a knot workshop, a talent show competition and much more activities.
During the summer of 2021, I guided over 35 kids just in the hiking day camp! The hiking day camp was a true success and kids had fun. This year, the trail is improved, there will be different activities such as a treasure hunt, knots workshop, talent show, crafts, games and much more. Let's go on a hike!
